Information we collect
We collect only information reasonably needed for membership, inquiries, orders, tickets, donations, updates and service delivery. Community membership information may include your name, email, phone, location, interests, age confirmation, agreement version, consent records and verification status.
How we use it
We use information to deliver requested services, administer membership, protect event and platform safety, keep transaction records, respond to requests and send communications you have chosen. We do not sell personal data.
Membership and marketing are separate
Accepting the Membership Agreement is required to join The Savannah Community. Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing choices are optional. Withdrawing marketing consent does not automatically end membership.
Storage and providers
Authorized service providers may process information for website hosting, durable database storage, payments, email or messaging. Access is limited to operational need and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask to leave the community. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained for the applicable period.
