The Savannah Community
Membership Agreement & Code of Conduct
This agreement explains the conditions for free membership in The Savannah Community, operated by Savannah Cowboys and Cowgirls (“Savannah”).
1. Purpose
The community brings together adults interested in country culture through an authentic African identity, including music, dance, fashion, livestock, events and community impact.
2. Benefits
Members may receive early announcements, selected presales or discounts, invitations, surveys, community activities and consideration for suitable opportunities. Benefits depend on the event, capacity and eligibility. Savannah does not guarantee a discount, ticket, job, vendor space, contract, performance, modelling assignment or other opportunity.
3. Membership limits
Membership is not employment, ownership, partnership, leadership, agency or permission to represent Savannah. A membership number or membership QR is not an event ticket and does not grant event entry.
4. Member conduct
Members must act lawfully, honestly, safely and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, violence, threats, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized collection of money, misuse of personal information and deliberate disruption are prohibited.
5. Savannah identity
Members may not use Savannah’s name, logo, brand assets, photographs or event identity for commercial activity, fundraising, public representation or endorsement without written permission. Member spotlights and photographs require the applicable permission.
6. Events and safety
Membership does not replace event terms or tickets. Members must follow venue rules, lawful safety instructions and event-specific conditions. Discounts and presales may have start and expiry times, eligible ticket types, quantity limits, capacity limits and non-transfer rules.
7. Vendors and representatives
Selecting vendor, performer, model, volunteer or ambassador interest creates an expression of interest only. Approval is separate and may require suitability checks, permits, certificates, references or a written agreement. Only authorized administrators may approve anyone to represent Savannah.
8. Privacy and communications
Savannah records membership details, the agreement version accepted, acceptance time, verification status and communication choices for membership administration, safety and lawful communication. Marketing choices are optional and separate from membership. A member may unsubscribe from marketing and remain a member. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension, termination and appeal
Savannah may pause, suspend or terminate membership for safety, fraud, serious misconduct, misuse of the brand or breach of this agreement. Where appropriate, the member will be told the reason and may request review by emailing Savannah. A member may leave voluntarily at any time.
10. Changes
Savannah may update this agreement. Material changes may require members to accept a new version before using later membership benefits.
11. Contact
Questions, appeals, corrections, privacy requests and requests to leave may be sent to savannahcowboysandcowgirlltd@gmail.com.
